Pinterest Image Downloader – Save Photos in Original Quality

In the feed Pinterest shows pictures 236 or 736 pixels wide. The file the author uploaded is often far larger — 2000, 3000 or even 4000 pixels. FromPin.net goes to that original and tells you its exact dimensions and weight before you save it.

When Pinterest keeps no original, you get the largest copy it does have, and we never pass a stretched picture off as a bigger one.

Pictures are saved in the format they were uploaded in: JPG for most photos, PNG for graphics and transparent images, WebP where Pinterest has one. The format is read from the file itself, so the extension always matches the contents.

Photos taken on an iPhone are often stored as HEIC, which most browsers cannot open. For those we offer Pinterest's full-size JPEG copy, which opens everywhere.

A collage made in Pinterest is published as one finished picture. Paste its link and you get that picture in full size, ready to save or print — no screenshots, no cropping.

If a pin holds several separate pictures rather than one collage, that is a carousel: use the Pinterest carousel downloader to get every slide, or download them all in a ZIP.

Phone and desktop wallpapers lose their sharpness when saved from the feed. Downloading the original keeps every pixel the author uploaded, so the wallpaper fills your screen without blur.

Check the size shown next to the button: a phone wallpaper should be at least as tall as your screen, for example 1170×2532 for many iPhones.

On Android the picture goes to Downloads and shows up in your gallery. On iPhone, press and hold the picture in the result and choose Add to Photos, or download it to Files.

On a computer the file is saved to your Downloads folder like any other download.

You do not need a Pinterest account or a FromPin.net account. Paste a public pin link and save the picture — that is all.

We do not ask for your Pinterest password and never will. Be careful with any site that does.

Pinterest itself only offers a reduced copy in its own download menu and none at all on some pins. If FromPin.net cannot find a picture, the pin was most likely deleted or moved to a secret board.

Make sure you copied the link of the pin itself, not of a search page or the home feed.

Saving a picture for personal use — inspiration, a mood board, a wallpaper — is generally fine. Publishing it, selling it or using it in your own work needs the author's permission, because the picture belongs to whoever made it.
